Hope@Home: Manāna Virtual Cards

Hope@Home: Manāna Virtual Cards is our latest initiative launched in support of those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We recognized that children of frontline healthcare and healthcare support workers are especially vulnerable to the stresses and challenges imposed by the pandemic and wanted to reach out to provide support. We have since partnered with Penn Medicine to offer personalized videos messages of hope or virtual birthday messages to children of healthcare workers and have been working hard to make and send them out. We are also planning to extend Hope@Home to children in the West Philadelphia public elementary schools that we would have celebrated with in person. Although Manāna is unable to celebrate with children in person at this time, we are very excited to continue carrying out our mission while supporting families who are affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
